Cefalù July 2026: concerts, shows and events on the seafront
When summer arrives, Cefalù transforms. July officially opens the Cefalù Summer 2026 calendar, turning the beaches, the Lungomare Giardina, the Salvatore Cicero Municipal Theatre, the evocative Bordonaro Castle and the squares of the medieval old town into a vast open-air theatre under the stars. A genuine invitation to experience the town at a different pace, made of sounds, emotions and conviviality.
July’s calendar
The rich July calendar is now available, set to turn the Norman town into a grand stage. Opening the month on 1 July will be Osvaldo Lo Iacono with his intimate musical journey “Le corde dell’anima”, kicking off a series spanning the most varied genres: from ensemble music with the Santa Cecilia’s Clarinet Quartet on 12 July, to the rock energy of the tribute show “Queen on Fire” on 24 July. There will also be evenings dedicated to dance, open-air cabaret shows and major cultural events for families and children, such as the theatrical fairy tales “Hamelin” and “Il mito della luna rossa”.
Serena Brancale in Cefalù
Among the most eagerly awaited and popular events are the not-to-be-missed return of the Notte Gialla, three days of festivities, lights and pure entertainment in the heart of the city on 24, 25 and 26 July, and the concert by celebrated Puglian artist Serena Brancale, who on 29 July will light up the Lungomare Giardina with the jazz and soul sounds and contemporary energy of her “Sacro Tour”. A packed programme running through 31 July, designed to involve residents and visitors of all ages, celebrating the identity of the area and making the atmosphere of Cefalù’s summer nights even more magical and unforgettable.
Stay tuned to discover the events coming in August.
